ACA Character Academy Pre-Conference Workshop: Southeastern Camps Conference

Amanda developed and facilitated at 3.5 hour pre-conference workshop for the American Camp Association Southeastern Camps Conference, called "Character Development at Camp: What it is and How to Get There." This workshop was part of the Character Academy for ACA's Character at Camp Initiative. During the interactive workshop, camp leaders practiced identifying their unique guiding values and creating a plan for putting those values into action through clarifying specific staff practices.
